Preheat oven to 400. Stir sugar and butter to a cream. Beat eggs and add to sugar. Add milk and water mix to sugar.


Sift flour, baking powder, and salt 3 times. Add this to sugar and milk mixture and mix thoroughly. Add a few drops of vanilla.


Grease and flour pan. Spread dough in pan evenly and sprinkle a layer of sugar and cinnamon on top and bake in over.




Serving Suggestions

Delicious while hot.
