Preheat oven 350. Melt caramels with 1/3 c. milk
over low heat, stirring. Combine remaining milk, mix
in oleo and mix well. Press 1/2 of cake mixture into
bottom of greased 13x9 pan. Bake for 6 minutes.
Sprinkle 1 c. walnuts and chocolate chips over
crust. Top with caramel mixture spreading to edges.
Top with remaining cake mix. Press into caramel
mixture.
Sprinkle with remaining walnuts, pressing lightly on
top. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool slightly then
refrigerate.
