     Butter Cookies

Ingredients
1 lb butter
2 tbsp lard
6 c. flour
5 tsp. B.P
2 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup water
 
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425. Cream butter, sugar and lard. Add eggs.
Sift flour, B.P. and salt together. Add water. Roll on lightly floured board, cut and bake 5 to 7 minutes.
