6~8 slices of pork ( as thin as possible.. but if you can't get thin, no problem. Just chop it.)

grated ginger, 2 table spoonful ( fresh one is much better than bottled one)

grated garlic, 1~2 tea spoonful
|
|
Soy sauce, 4 table spoonful
|
|
Mirin (Japanese sweet sake for cooking), 4 table spoonful
|
|
sugar 2 table spoonful
|
|
sake (cooking sake) 2 table spoonful
|
|
half onion
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Slice onions into thin pieces.
Chop meats if they were not thin slices.
|

Put every ingredients into a bowl.. Soak meat in it for over 30
minutes.
|
|
|
Fry the meat, onions and sauce with medium heat. Put lid on it.
|
|
|
just before finish, turn heat up for 40~50 seconds.
|

Mirin and Cooking sake are useful. If you get it, you can use them for many kind of Japanese food.
