     Mint Brownie Bars

Ingredients
Bottom Layer-
1 C. Sugar
1/2 C. oleo
4 eggs
1/2 C. pecans (chopped)
1 (16 oz. can Hershey syrup
1 C. Flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
 
Filling-
2 C. powdered sugar
1/2 C. oleo
2 T. milk
1/2 peppermint extract
Topping-
1 C. chocolate chps
6 T. oleo

Instructions
For bottom layer- beat sugar, oleo and eggs until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients.
Bake in a 9 x 13 inch greased pan for 30 minutes at 350 degrees; cool.
Mix filling ingredients; put on cake layer and refrigerate 1/2 hour.
Melt chocolate chips and oleo for topping. Pour over cake and cool. Keep in refrigerator.
