     Banana Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients
2.5 cups oatmeal (freshly ground into flour)
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup milk
1 egg
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 ripe bananas
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
ground cinnamon
 
1/3 cup crushed walnuts

Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350.
Mix dry ingredients together,except walnuts, then add wet ingredients and bananas. When bananas are fully mashed into mixture, add walnuts.
Pour batter evenly into lined muffin pan.
Bake about 18-20 minutes, until done. Muffins will be slightly moist in the middle. Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with a big glass of milk for a complete and healthy breakfast!
