     Chicken Garden Saute

Ingredients
4 half bnls, sknls chicken breasts
1 T Olive Oil
1/2 t crushed rosemary
1 can 14 1/2 oz Italian Stewed Tomatoes
12 small black pitted olives
1 green pepper , cut in strips
1 large carrot, cut in 3 in jullienne strips
1 medium zucchinni, cut in 3 in jullienne strips
 

Instructions
In a skillet, brown chicken in oil. Sprinkle with rosemary and salt and pepper to taste. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover and cook 3 minutes over medium heat. Uncover and cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes or until thickened. Good with rice.
