     Caramel Pumpkin Cake

Ingredients
1 pouch pumkin quick bread mix (from box from Costco)
1/2 c ater
1/3 c vegetable oil
2 eggs
1/2 c butterscotch chips
1/4 c caramel topping
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. In a medium bowl blend all except caramel topping. Spoon batter into a lightly greased 9 inch round pan. Drizzle caramel topping over batter. Swirl with a knife in circles. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
