GARNISH- sour cream, chopped green onions, tomatoes, avocado, cilantro
Instructions
Combine beans, broth and chicken boullion in large stock pot.
Simmer until beans are tender. Saute onions in oil until golden.
Add onions, garlic, chilies, cumin, oregano, cayenne pepper and
chicken to beans. Simmer for 30 minutes. Add sour cream and
cheese. Heat until cheese melts. Garnish accordingly.
