1 yellow cake mix (no pudding) or 2 jiffy cake mixes
1 eggs
2/3 C. oleo (10 tbsp)
Topping-
2/3 C. white corn syrup
1/4 C. oleo
2 tsp. vanilla
12 oz. pkg peanut butter chips
3 C. mini marshmallow
2 C. salted Peanuts
2 C. rice krispies
Instructions
Mix cake mix, egg, oleo & press into 10x15 pan. Bake 325 degrees only 10 minutes. Remove.
Sprinkle 3 C. mini marshmallows and return to oven until puffy (not brown). Cool.
Melt syrup, oleo, vanilla, peanut butter chips. remove from heat- add 2 C. Rice Krispies and 2 C. salted peanuts. Spread over marshmallow mixture and let set.
