     Sausage Bread

Ingredients
1 loaf (thawed) frozen bread dough
Filling-
1 lb. sausage ( I use mild sausage)
1 egg
1-1/2 cup mozzarela cheese
1/2 tsp italian seasoning
 
Instructions
Roll dough in a rectangle about 10x8 pan
Brown sausage, cool. Add remaining ingredients, roll up bread, seal edges and sides. Place on cookie sheet.
Make 5 slits across top of loaf, sprinkle with 1 tsp. parmesan cheese. Brush with a little egg and 1 T. water. Bake 350 degrees at 30-40 minutes
