Mix- Cake mix, 1/3 cup evaporated milk and melted oleo.
Bake 1/2 the batter in greased cake pan for 10 minutes. Melt caramel squares and 1/3 cup evaporated milk.
After cake has cooled, pour caramel mix over- sprinkle chocolate cake over and add rest of batter. Spread over chocolate chips. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.
