Cream brown sugar and margaine.
Add eggs and vanilla.

Add flour, salt, and soda to sugar mixture.
Beat well.
Add oatmeal.

Chocolate Filling-
Combine chocolate chips, Eagle Brand milk, and margarine. Heat till chips melt.
|
|
|
Spread 2/3 of mixture on greased and floured cookie sheet (big).
Spread chocolate filling on top and dot with remaining oatmeal mixture.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes (light brown). Do not overbake.
