Mix first three ingredients together and then add
water. Mix till combined and refrigerate
overnight (12-16 hours). Knead on floured surface
and add enough flour to make the outside of the
dough floury (about 1/4 c.). Cover with towel and
let rise 3-6 hours.
Turn on oven to 425 with DUTCH OVEN inside. Once
the oven is preheated put dough in Dutch Oven with
lid on for 30 minutes, lid off for 10-15 minutes
until desired brownness reached. Let cool for 20
minutes before cutting.
