Tahini first, blend on high 1 minute. Then add Lemon Juice,
blend for 30 seconds. Add yoghurt, blend for 1 minute. Add
Olive Oil, blend for 1 minute. Add garlic, blend for 1 minute. Add
salt and cumin, blend for another minute. Add half of the chick
peas, blend for 1 minute. Add the remaining chickpeas and blend
for 1 to 2 minutes.
