melt chocolate chips and condensed milk together.
Just add enough condensed milk to thin out the
chocolate chips to a syrup consistency. Crumble
graham crackers enough to cover pie dish and
sides. Add chocolate mixture mix until crust like
texture spread in pie crust and cool completely.

Whip pudding, cream, and milk until stiff peaks
form. Add sugar if you like it sweeter.

Whip cream, sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks
form.

Add chocolate whipped mixture to chocolate crust.
Refrigerate for about 15 minutes. Add whipped cream
topping and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Refrigerate 15 minutes at least it helps keep the
pie stiff-)
