2 Tbsp cilantro

salt and pepper to taste

5 cups chicken broth

2 cups monterey jack cheese

2 avacados cubed

tortilla chips

Instructions |
|
|
In large pan combine everything except cheese, avocados, and chips.
|

Simmer 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
|

To serve, pour soup into bowls and top with cheese, avacado, and tortilla chips.
