Instructions |

|
Cream butter, shortening, and sugar until fluffy.
|
|
|
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
|

Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and cocoa.
Add dry ingredients alternately with milk.
Add vanilla.

Bake in greased Bundt pan at 325 for 1 hour, 20 min.
