In large pot brown sausage and hamburger in wine on low heat.
Add onions, garlic, oregano, pepper and Bay leaf.
When the meat is brown add Puree, Paste ,and 1 can of water.
Simmer loosly covered on low for 2 1/2 hours.
While sauce is simmering. Prepare Cheese Mixture;
Cut up Mozzeralla into chunks.
Add Ricotta.
Whisk in an egg.
Add Parsley
Ladle sauce into a pan so bottom is covered.
Add cooked Lasagna.
Put scoops of cheese mixture here and there on Lasagna.
Cover with sauce.
Repeat in layers
Bake at 375 until hot.
