     Almond Roca

Ingredients
1 lb. butter
2 c sugar
2 Tbl. light Karo
6 Tbl. hot water
3 oz. chopped almonds
1 Hershey bar
 

Instructions
Mix the first four ingredients in a heavy pot and cook over medium high heat until candy thermometer reads 300 degrees. Pour into a buttered jelly roll pan. Melt Hershey bar on top. Sprinkle with almonds. Let cool. Break into pieces to serve.
