     Carrot Cake

Ingredients
1 1/2 c grated carrots
1 1/3 c sugar
1 1/3 c water
1 c raisins
1/4 c oil
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp nutmeg
2 c flour
 
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 c chopped nuts
Instructions
Boil first 8 ingredients and simmer 5 minutes. Cool. Add remaining ingredients and pour into a bundt pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes.
