Ingredients
1 egg
1 egg yolk
pinch salt
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 1/2 Tbl lemon juice
1 c sunflower or olive oil
 
Instructions
Pulse blend all but the oil. Then pulse blend as you drizzle in the oil. Will last a couple days in the fridge.
