Grease 9x13 pan. In large bowl, combine cereal and peanuts.

In a medium saucepan, combine corn syrup, sugar and brown
sugar. Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to boil stirring
constantly.

|
Revove from heat; stir in 3/4 cup peanut butter until well blended.
|
|
|
|
Pour peanut butter mixture over cereal mixture; toss to coat. Press
mixture in greased pan.
