1-2 lbs ground beef, browned (use half Italian sausage if you like)
italian seasoning
3, 8 oz bags mozerella or Italian cheese blend
1 lg package cottage cheese small curd
parmesean cheese
garlic salt
1 carton fresh baby portobello mushrooms, sliced
Instructions
Add sauce(pour enough in the dish to keep noodles from sticking and then mix the rest together), mushrooms and italian seasoning to browned meat.
In seperate bowl mix together cottage cheese, parmesean cheese and garlic salt.
Layer in these steps-
noodles
cottage cheese mixture
sauce/meat mixture
8 oz. cheese.
Repeat 2 more times.
Bake at about 350 until warm and bubbly and cheese starts to brown slightly on top.
