|
Melt butter in sauce pan and stir in flour until well mixed.

Add milk, stirring constantly.
Stir in seasonings and cook until it thickens, slightly.
|
|
|
|
Add 1c. cheese and stir until melted.
|
|
|
|
Stir together noodles, ham and sauce and pour into 8 inch square pan.
Sprinkle with 1c. cheese and bake at 375 for 15 min. or until bubbly.
Broil until cheese browns slightly.
