3/4 cup of cream (half/half) with 3 Tbls vinegar - set aside it will sour
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 Tablespoon flour - rounded
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1 tsp. mustard
3/4 cup vinegar
Instructions
Cut potatoes in cubes and add 1 onion a little salt, pepper and cerely salt. Cook vinegar, let it come to a boil. Then add the above ingredients, let cook until fairly thick. Then pour over the potatoes, onion, salt, pepper and celery salt.
