Cut chicken into strips and place in lightly greased crockpot.
Mix jam and soup mix and pour over chicken.
Cook on low for 3-4 hours or until chicken is done.
If juice is thin...
Add 1/4c. cornstarch to 1/2c water and wisk well. Add starch mixture and contents of crockpot into frying pan and bring to boil just until sauce thickens (about 1 min)
