1 lb white chocolate chips (check that they use coco butter in ingredients)
1/2 t. peppermint extract
1/2c. peppermint candy, crushed
Instructions
Preheat oven to 250.
Line 13x9 with foil and spray with cooking spray.
Spread out chocolate chips and bake for 5 min or until almost melted.
Smooth out and chill for 20 min.
Melt white chocolate chips in double boiler.
Stir in extract and let cool slightly.
Poor over chocolate and sprinkle with candy, pressing the candy slightly down so they stay put.
Chill until hard before breaking into desired sized chunks.
