15 oz. can tomato sauce
|

garlic
|

salt and pepper

16 oz cottage cheese

16 oz sour cream
|

12 oz wide egg noodles

1 bunch green onions, chopped

shredded cheddar cheese.

Instructions |
|
|
|
Brown and drain burger. Add sauce and seasonings and simmer 15 min.
|
|
|
|
Cook noodles and drain. Add cottage sheese, sour cream and green onions
Add salt, pepper and garlic to taste.

|
|
|
Layer in 13x9 baking dish in this order-
Meat mixture, noodle mixture, cheese.
Repeat.
|

|
|
Bake at 375 for 30 min or until heated through.
