For pastries-
Bring 1 c. water, 1/2 c. butter and salt to a boil and add flour all at once.
Cool 10 min.
Add eggs 1 at a time stirring between. Dough will break and come back together each time.
Spoon onto non stick, or greased pan.
Bake at 375 for 35-40 min.
Poke immediately when removed from oven and cool on wire rack.
Cut the tops off and remove any excess dough inside.
