1 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, but crosswise into 1 1/2 inch strips
|
|
2 T. butter - 1/4 c. butter
|
|
1 c. cornflake crumbs
|
|
1 t. paprika
|
|
1/2 t. salt
|
|
1/4 t. pepper
|
|
1/2 t. dry mustard
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Heat oven to 425. Melt 2 T. butter in 13x8 in oven.
|
|
|
Melt 1/4 c. butter in microwave safe bowl.
Mix cornflakes and all spices.
Dredge chicken strips in butter and toss in cornflake mixture.

|
|
Place chicken with in pan with butter.
Bake uncovered 15 min.
Turn strips and bake 10-15 min longer or until no longer pink in center.
