Mix Salt pepper and flour.
Mix shredded Mozzarella and swiss Cheese.
Layer-
Potatoes,
Onions,
Flour mixture (light covering),
Swiss and Mozzarella cheese mixture,
Bacon,
Thin Slices of butter,
End with a potato layer.
Spread on most of the cheddar cheese.
Pour in All the heavy cream
Store overnight (optional).
Bake at 300 for 2.5-3 hours, until bubbly.
Spread on remaining cheddar cheese after removing from oven.
Serving
Suggestions
Serve while still bubbling. Does not reheat well.
