     Outrageous Swiss Cheese Potato Casserole

Ingredients
10 small to medium potatoes (sliced thin)
2 blocks swiss cheese grated
1 bag (2 cups ) pre-shredded mozzarella cheese
3 cups shredded sharp cheddar
1 lb Bacon cooked to a crisp and minced
1 large onion sliced thin
1.5 cups flour
Tbl spoon Salt (to taste)
Tbl spoon Pepper (to taste)
 
1 quart heavy cream
1 stick butter

Instructions
Makes about 5 quarts.
Mix Salt pepper and flour. Mix shredded Mozzarella and swiss Cheese.
Layer- Potatoes, Onions, Flour mixture (light covering), Swiss and Mozzarella cheese mixture, Bacon, Thin Slices of butter, End with a potato layer. Spread on most of the cheddar cheese. Pour in All the heavy cream
Store overnight (optional). Bake at 300 for 2.5-3 hours, until bubbly. Spread on remaining cheddar cheese after removing from oven.
Serving Suggestions
Serve while still bubbling. Does not reheat well.
