10 small flour tortillas
|
|
2 cups vanilla or fruit flavored yogurt
|
|
1 lb. mixed berries, fresh or frozen
|
|
1/4 cup butter, melted
|
|
1/2 cup sugar
|
|
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
|
|
1 gallon freezer bag
|
|

|

|

Instructions |
|
|
Mix cinnamon and sugar well, spread on a plate. Brush one side of the tortilla with melted butter, then place butter side down in cinnamon sugar mix.

Place tortilla on second plate, cinnamon side down, and fill with yogurt and berries and roll up.
|
|
|
Place on a cookie sheet to flash freeze. When frozen, place in freezer bag to store.
|
|
|
To eat, thaw for 15-20 minutues to soften a little- will still be mostly frozen. Great for a summer breakfast on the go or a snack!
