     SCALLOPED OYSTERS

Ingredients
5 Tbsp butter
4 Cups soft bread crumbs
1 1/4 tsp salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Pint oysters - WITHOUT the juice
 

Instructions
Melt butter. Add bread crumbs, seasoning and lemon juice.
Mix well. Drain oysters. Arrange in alternate layers [ bread crumbs, oysters, bread crumbs.. etc]
Bake 30 minutes in hot oven @ 450 degrees.

Serves 4
