     Chinese Chicken Wings

3 lbs chicken wings
2 Tbsp white sugar
6 Tbsp water
6 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp gin
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 qt vegetable oil (for frying)

Combine salt, sugar, water, soy sauce, gin and ginger in a large ziplick bag. Add chicken and marinate for 24 hours, turning frequently.
In a large skillet, over medium heat, fry marinated chicken wings until golden brown (about 8 minutes each side)
