Soften tortillas and lay flat in a 9x13 baking dish. I use a pizza cutter to cut them in 8ths, easier to dish up that way. Place chicken over the tortillas. Mix the rest of the ingredients except the cheese and pour over chicken. Top with cheese and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and casserole is bubbly.
