     Easy Egg and Sausage Casserole

Ingredients
6 eggs
6 pieces white bread, cubed (no crusts)
3 cups milk
1 lb pork sausage (browned & drained)
1 lb cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp salt and dash of pepper
1/8 tsp dry mustard
 

Instructions
Beat eggs and milk together, add seasonings, sausage, bread and cheese. Mix well. Pour into greased 9x13 pan and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
