     Buffalo Wing Sloppy Joes

Ingredients
1 lb Ground Chicken Breast
1 cup Tomato Sauce (I use canned)
1 cup Low Sodium Chicken Stock
1 Onion, Chopped
1 carrot, Peeled and Chopped (optional)
1/4 cup of Hot Sauce
2 tbsp Red Wine Vinager
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
1/2 tbsp EVOO
 
1 tbsp minced garlic

Instructions
Lightly oil pan and heat on medium. Sautee garlic and onions lightly (3-4 minutes). Add meat and carrots, cook through.
While meat is cooking, mix all remaining ingredients in a measuring cup or bowl. Beat with fork 'til well blended.
Add liquid mixture to pan and stir in. Allow to cook on medium, stirring occasionally. Simmer for approx. 20 minutes or so.
Serving Suggestions
Serve on toasted whole wheat buns, opened face. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and relish (if desired)
