     Cherry Cheese Pie

Ingredients
1 9 in graham cracker crumb crust
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 14 oz Eagle Brand Milk ( not evaporated )
1/3 cup lemon juice, ( Real Lemon Concentrate )
1 t vanilla
Canned Cherry Pie Filling
 

Instructions
In a large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in Eagle Brand until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into crust. Chill 3 hours or until set. Top with desired amount of filling before serving. Or you can serve the pie filling on the side. Refrigerate leftovers.
