Cook 16 oz of your favorite pasta tossed with olive oil
1/8 c olive oil
1 lb chicken breasts, cut in chunks
3 links Italian Sausage, sliced
1 red bell pepper sliced
1 red onion, sliced
10-12 mushrooms, quartered
2 cloves garlic
Spaghetti or Alfredo sauce
Instructions
Use a little bit of olive oil to cook chicken and sausage until nearly done, add rest and cook how you like the veggies. When the pasta is done, toss with the 1/8 cup of olive oil, add the meat and veggies. Eat like this or with either of the sauces mentioned above. Sprinkle with parmesan if desired.
