1 pound turkey sausage or bacon (use whatever meat you like)
1 reg size container or 2 cups of egg beaters (I use southwest)
½ cup shredded cheddar
Instructions
Heat oven to 400 grease muffin pan. Mix hash browns and butter, press ¼ c in each muffin. Line bottom and sides with hashbrown. Bake 12-15 min until browned.
In a Skillet cook and drain meat. Fill each muffin with meat. Pour egg beaters over each one and Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 12-15 min let set.

Suggestions
If using reg. egg beaters feel free to add peppers, onions, mushrooms ect
