     Grandpa's Pancakes

Ingredients
This is how he told me-
1 big spoon soy flour
1 big spoon cornmeal
1 big spoon regular pancake flour
2 eggs
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t baking powder
milk or buttermilk to desired consistency
 
Instructions
Mix all together, bake on hot griddle. I set mine at 350 for perfect pancakes.
