2 cans chili beans – they are available in mild, med, or hot
2 cans pork n beans
1 can pineapple chunks in pineapple juice
3 small red chili peppers diced - adjust depending on the heat you want
2-3 tablespoons chili powder
3 - teaspoons cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook beef- when its halfway done add onion, celery, peppers, and garlic with s&p. finish cooking until beef is done. I add 1 tablespoon of my chili powder and my hot peppers to the meat mix before adding the rest of my ingredients.
Add beans, tomatoes, and pineapple chunks with the juice. Mix and then add remaining chili/cayenne pepper to taste. Simmer and serve with your favorite fixin’s!!Recipe is easily doubled
