Cut bacon into thirds. Wrap each little smokey with 1/3 slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Spray 9X13 pan with cooking spray and lay them in a single layer in the pan

Pour the brown sugar over the top and sort of pack it down. If you have time these are really best if they sit int eh refrigerator overnight. However, then can go straight to the oven if you don't have time
|

|
Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for about 30-40 minutes or until bacon is crisp. The brown sugar should get kind of crunchy on top but if it starts to burn, cover it with foil

|
Transfer to a serving plae or crock-pot and serve warm
