Saute onion in olive oil until tender. Brown meat. Add potatoes,
carrots and corn. Add 1 cup water and cook on medium-low,
covered for 10 minutes. (If in a hurry, microwave potatoes and
carrots to soften)
Add baked beans and BBQ sauce. Simmer on medium heat.

Serve with Frito Corn Chips and shredded Cheddar Cheese
