In a large deep saute pan, cook ground beef over medium heat,
breaking chunks up. Drain grease when no longer pink. Add onions
and garlic, cook until tender. Add 3 cups water, spaghetti sauce,
chopped Tomatoes, Italian Seasoning, bay leaves, soy sauce, house
seasoning and seasoned salt. Stir well.

Place lid on top and cook 15 minutes. Add pasta, stir well. simmer
30 minutes. Turn off heat, remove bay leaves. Sprinkle shredded
cheddar cheese over top, rest 15-30 minutes covered.
