     Chicken with Capers

1 pkg Dixie Crumbs
3 breasts of Chicken
1-1/2 tsps EACH dried Basil, Chervil and Thyme
1 cup White Wine
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
1/2 jar Capers
Pepper to taste
Olive Oil and Butter

Coat chicken with Dixie crumbs. Brown chicken in olive oil and butter. Mix three dry seasonings and sprinkle two-thirds on top of chicken. Remove browned chicken from pan. Add wine, lemon juice and remaining one-third dry seasonng to drippings in pan to make gravy. When sauce is warm, place chicken back in pan and add capers.
