4 (2.5 oz) packages budding meats, cut into strips (mix or match)
1 (10 oz) package frozen peas, thawed
1 cup mayo
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 cup shredded cheese (colby or monterey jack)
1/4 black olives
2 Tbsp. parsley (optional)
Instructions
Cook macaroni, drain and rinse with cold water. Drizzle with oil, toss to coat. Place lettuce in a 2-1/2 quart glass serving bowl; top with macaroni and eggs. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Layer with meats and peas
In small bowl combine mayo, sour cream, green onions and mustard. Spread over top. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Just before serving sprinkle with cheese, olives and parsley
