Take cream cheese, soften, make in cubes. Add whipping cream and marshmallows mix well. Cover, let sit in refrigerator 1 to 2 hours or overnight. Drain fruit cocktail. Blend with hand mixer well or until creamy. Add fruit cocktail and blend in creamy mixture
