Heat refreid beans in microwave for 2 minutes. Blend in chili powder and tabasco sauce until smooth. Spread on casserole dish or plate. Blend together cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning. Spread on top of beans, top with lettuce, cheddar cheese, tomatoes and olives. Chill, serve with tortilla chips
